2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willfully. deliberately and intentionally violated the order dated 4.2 2020 passed in CWJC No.
24477/2019 whereby writ application was
Patna High Court MJC No.1140 of 2020(3) dt.12-03-2026 2/2 disposed off with direction to the Respondent No. 5 to dispose off representation of the petitioner by speaking order and if found admissible dues be paid, the entire exercise be completed by Respondent No. 5 within the period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of the order
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
