ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali (Vishwavidhyalaya) P.S. Case No.672 of 2009 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471,120B and 469/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither a candidate of library science having ever taken admission in any course of Library Science. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a carpenter and FIR in the present case was registered without giving any proper or clear address. It is further submitted that such lack of address is clearly indicative of the false nature of allegations.

Case No. 24323 of 2016 vide order dated 02.08.2016, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Vishwavidhyalaya) P.S. Case No. 672 of 2009 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
