Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 03.01.2016 without any specific overt act. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Dara Chaudhary and Suresh Chaudhary have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.Case No. 02 of 2016.
