2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014, Special Case No. 14 of 2014 having earlier been rejected by order dated 20.02.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 55022 of 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the earlier occasion he was denied the privilege of anticipatory bail on the submission of learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of Economic Offence Unit to the effect that there was ample material in the case diary. However, it is submitted that

4. Having heard the parties, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is seeking a review of the earlier order dated 20.02.2019 which is impermissible. The petition stands dismissed.
