Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant alleges that on 8.1.2020 at 11.15 PM when he suddenly woke up, he saw one Rahul Kumar taking out articles from his Godrej Almari and when he tried to catch, he fled away. Meanwhile, the informant saw the petitioner standing on the road at the relevant time.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been implicated in this case only because he is brother of said Rahul Kumar against whom there is specific allegation. Petitioner is the neighbourer of the informant and nothing incriminating has come against the petitioner during investigation. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
