BAJANTHRI) 18-08-2023 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of Letter No. 535/DHS Dated 27.03.2023 issued by the Respondents No.5 whereby and where under after agreement work order has been issued to the Respondent No.-8.

For issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus directing to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5405 of 2023(7) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 the respondents concern to allot the work order to the petitioner.

For further issuance of Appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, Direction/Directions, command/Commands for which the petitioner is legally entitled.

2. Learned counsel for the respective parties submitted that the present matter is covered by order dated 13.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 4617 of 2023.

3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of in the light of order passed in aforementioned petition. Petitioner is at liberty to file his objection insofar as 8th respondent's participation. The concerned authority is hereby directed to examine the grievance of the petitioner with reference to objections to be filed and proceed in accordance with law.
