Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.14/17 for the offences under Section 304 (B)/34 of the I.P.C..

In this case the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner and he was coercing for the money which was not received.

As such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, petitioner may surrender before the court below and file application for grant of regular bail which shall be considered and pass an appropriate order on its own merit, if
