The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 2087 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no. 2 Bibi Sahnaj is wife of complainant Abrar Raza. The complainant has filed the complaint case alleging therein that he was kidnapped by the accused persons and his marriage was forcibly solemnized. It is submitted that the case has been compromised. The petitioner no. 2 Bibi Sahnaj also filed a case against the complainant under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and both the cases have been compromised. Petitioner no. 1 is a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36442 of 2014 (4) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 villager. The husband and wife are living together. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 2087 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
