Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 47 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The recovery in the present case was made from the house of F.I.R. named accused, Sanjay Kumar @ Pallu and so far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be maternal brother of co-accused, Sanjay Kumar @ Pallu and it is stated that petitioner used to help the co-accused, Sanjay Kumar @ Pallu in illegal trade of country made liquor. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 09.04.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
