JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard Sri Umesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mustaque Alam, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 17.03.2016 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case no. 323/2014, G.R. No.3618/2014 registered for the offence under Section 392 and subsequently Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code was added, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and during investigation only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused, the petitioner has been taken in custody. He further submits that at least three co-accused persons have been extended

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26668 of 2016 (3) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 the privilege of anticipatory bail. It was submitted that the petitioner has also not been put on T.I.Parade . On the aforesaid ground, he has made a prayer for grant of bail, whereas from paragraph-3 of the petition, it is evident that the petitioner is accused in number of other serious cases.

Keeping in view the antecedent of the petitioner I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petition stands dismissed.
