Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant was returning back from his agricultural field then all accused persons started assaulting him. When other family members of the informant came to his rescue they too were assaulted.

Submission is that no specific allegation of assault is against these two petitioners and all family members have been implicated in this case. However, the injuries are simple in nature except one injury on the hand upon injured and its opinion is

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Tullu Kumar @ Shashi Kumar and Jitendra Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S.
