02. 16.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioners are directed to surrender immediately in the Court below.
