JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 29-10-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28862 of 2015 and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds, mentioned in my above-said previous order.

However, the charge against the petitioner has already been framed and his trial has already commenced and, therefore, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 189 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 58 of 2016 stands rejected.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26502 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 trial of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
