Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was already rejected by order dated 17.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22256 of 2017.

The petitioner has not surrendered in the Court below till date. This application has been filed stating therein that he may be given time up to 3rd week of July, 2017, to surrender in the Court below.

This application is not, at all, maintainable. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.

The petitioner is, however, warned not to file such type of frivolous petition in future.
