The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 574 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25578 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is compromise in between the parties.
