Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 3677 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections-3(X) SC/ST Act.

According to prosecution case itself, the deceased left his home in the company of Shankar Mahto and subsequently, his dead body was recovered.

The informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioner and co-accused Bajrangi but co-accused Bajrangi has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

No.25409 of 2016 (3) dt.20-06-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 231 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Rajak, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Benipatti, Madhubani.
