JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant. Without adverting to the merit of the case, instant petition happens to barred in terms of judicial pronouncement held by the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 171 on account of process issued in terms of Section 82 Cr.P.C. At an earlier occasion also, the aforesaid question was raised and on account thereof, petitioner was directed to furnish authenticated document to support that he is residing in Delhi for the last twenty years. However, on one pretext or the other, instead of filing the document, it has been submitted that no proper instruction has been received at the end of his client. Petition stands rejected.
