The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 / 12 of the POCSO Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the factum of kidnapping and specifically stated that she was in love with this petitioner and she went Gujarat with him and thereafter, solemnised marriage with him in a temple. Doctor has assessed her age as 19 years. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 156 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
