The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Motihari Town P.S. Case No.14/12 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that on conclusion of investigation, the final report has been submitted under section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C. and order of cognizance has also been passed.

Accordingly the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3743 of 2016 (2) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 appropriate stage.
