Petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.351 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 308/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A), 38(i) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that total 25 litres (approximately) country made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle on which this petitioner along with co-accused Sheikh Aksar were found sitting.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.77449 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S.
