2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 537 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 354-B and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The petitioner and others are accused of teasing the minor daughter of the informant. When she tried to shout, the accused persons took her to a field with ill-motive and when the wife of the informant and local people came, the accused persons fled away.
4. It has been argued by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25910 of 2024(3) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 petitioner that in this case the charge-sheet has been submitted under sections 341, 323, 354-A & 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 of the POCSO Act.
5. The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2023.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, VII-cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Bettiah, District- West Champaran, in connection with Ramnagar P.S.
