Petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 390 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner.

In the written report, it is alleged that three motorcycles came. Occupants of two motorcycles fled away after seeing the police party. The police recovered 225 litres liquor from those motorcycles. Petitioner is alleged to be working as liner on the third motorcycle.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 03.10.2018

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 390 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
