The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 337, 307, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to them in connection with Mahila (Bhabua) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015 pending before Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (InCharge), Bhabua (Kaimur). The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
