The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Banka(Mahila) P.S. Case No.68 of 2018 registered under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The informant(daughter-in-law of the petitioners) made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and others.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that of course the petitioners who are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant are named in the F.I.R. but no specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21393 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 allegation is made against the petitioners. The marriage was solemnised on 09.12.2016. The informant left the house of the petitioners only within a week after her marriage. The informant herself does not want to live with the petitioners. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka(Mahila) P.S. Case No.68 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
