The petitioner has been in custody since 13.07.2018 in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 17/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Pawan Poddar, who has since been extended the privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 28.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36071 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that till date, the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and there is no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78438 of 2018(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 recovery from his possession.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 17/2018.
