JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 After some argument, Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Saket Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, in view of the nature of accusation makes a prayer for withdrawal of the present petition, so that, the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above If the petitioner surrenders and makes a prayer for regular bail within a period of six weeks from today, the court expects that the learned court below without being prejudiced with
