The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 227 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 307, 188, 427, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 30236 of 2019 on 08.05.2019. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M.,
