Petitioners are accused in connection with Excise Case No. 23 of 2016 registered under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
The accusation is that the petitioners were apprehended by the Police with the motorcycle and on search, one cartoon was recovered containing 30 bottles, each 300 ml. of country-made liquor.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 16.04.2016.

No.29052 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Excise Case No. 23 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioners.
