This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Dalsingsarai PS Case No. 271 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 384, 386, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners by way of supplementary affidavit has disclosed the fact that petitioner no.1 is an accused in Complaint Case No. 270 (C)/2003 and so far as CR No. 28/2004/Trial No. 03/2013, petitioner no.1 has been acquitted vide order dated 03.04.2013.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77323 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 since 16.09.2018, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 1st, Dalsingsarai in connection with Dalsignsarai PS Case No. 271 of 2018 on the condition that petitioners shall co-operate in speedy disposal of the case and in the event the petitioners are found delaying in conclusion of the trial the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds.
