2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 385, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., all the accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted several staffs of informant, abused them and the accused persons also threatened and demanded Rs. 2 lakhs.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the entire prosecution case is false. As a matter of fact, this petitioner was working in the said construction company, and the wages was due which was not being paid by the construction company, and when petitioner demanded his
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32619 of 2024(3) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 wages, this false and concocted case has been lodged against the petitioner to put undue pressure upon him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
