2. Having regard to the admitted position that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by an order of this Court dated 31.07.2014 in C.W.J.C. No. 84 of 2014 (Manoj Kumar vs. Union of India & Ors.) and that the learned counsel for the respondents also has produced a copy of the instructions received by him showing that the case of the petitioner was forwarded to the Headquarters of the Commission for declaration of result by

Patna High Court CWJC No.9694 of 2014 (2) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 letter dated 12.03.2015 wherein the Commission has been requested to expedite the declaration of the result of the petitioner, this writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the respondents to do the needful in respect of consideration of the appointment of the petitioner for the post of Constable (G.D.) in accordance with law.
