The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 384, 376, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this case complaint case is filed after two and half months of the alleged occurrence. The victim girl wants to marry with the petitioner but she could not succeed and due to ill motive, she has falsely implicated the petitioner in this case. Both the parties are next door neighbour. Further submission is that both the parties have filed compromise petition (Annexure-2) before the Court below duly signed by them.

No.29465 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saran in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
