The petitioner has been in custody since 17.12.2017 in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail was earlier rejected in view of the statement made by the victim girl. He further submits that even after the order of rejection on 05.03.2018 and 19.09.2018, the only progress that has been made with regard to the present case is that the records thereof have been sent to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO) at Darbhanga. It is further submitted that taking into consideration the nature of allegations, the petitioner, if enlarged on bail, will cooperate as far as possible with the trial and sure on his part that the same reaches its logical conclusion at the earliest. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and has already been in custody for more than one year, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Sakatpur P.S.
