The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria (R. S.) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Considering that involvement of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in a case which was initially registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77565 of 2018(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
