The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.20 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the informant and other officials were holding a meeting with the subordinate staff for the reasons for non-payment of different subsidies but the petitioners and other villagers came and raised objection that there is a rampant corruption on account of which subsidies are not being paid to the beneficiaries. The petitioners are alleged to have entered into scuffle with guard.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and

No.21036 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S.
