Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/465/466/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner and others were cheating the illiterate females of the village. Rupees one hundred from each on the pretext of providing them facility of some government schemes.

Submission is that co-accused Deep Narayan Yadav has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Allegation against the petitioner is similar to Deep

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22183 of 2020(3) dt.05-11-2020 2/2 Narayan Yadav. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2020. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the submission aforesaid and entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.61 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
