Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 instituted under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that on the date of occurrence, some calls were made on the mobile number of the girl who is aged about 20 years whereafter she left on her own and since then she is traceless. Learned counsel submits that merely on suspicion, the allegation has been levelled inasmuch as the telephone numbers from which the calls were made did not belong to him as has been found during supervision of the case. The petitioner is ready to fully cooperate in the investigation, if granted the privilege of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31735 of 2014 (4) dt.18-05-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail.
Regard being had to above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the Court below within four weeks, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Tarari P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close family members of the petitioner.
