The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P) P.S. Case No. 514 of 2018 registered under Sections 387, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in brief is that the informant received a call from mobile and the caller of phone demanded ransom of Rs. 15 lakhs and against the informant received a call on his mobile and the caller again demanded ransom and gave threatening to kill him.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Hence, he dos not deserve bail.
