This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barhat P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of dispute as also the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33919 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S.
