Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.2, namely, Kanhaiya Yadav has already been dismissed being infructous and so far as petitioner no.1 is concerned, there is no allegation of attempt to rape against him. Moreover, co-accused Pramod Yadav and others against whom there is specific allegation of attempt to rape have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner no.1, namely, Kuldeep Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail
