Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent as it is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
