2. Learned counsel for the State submits that after investigation, police has already submitted a charge-sheet, hence, the order of this Court dated 14.02.2020 passed in Cr.WJC No.161 of 2020 stands complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is, however, not satisfied with the charge-sheet having been filed only against one accused person.

4. This Court is of the opinion that the order of which

Patna High Court MJC No.1141 of 2020(4) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 contempt has been alleged stands complied with, hence, this application cannot proceed. It is being disposed of.

5. The petitioner may seek his remedy as may be advised to him in accordance with law.
