The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 65/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant suspected that the petitioner committed theft of his cow mainly on the ground that the petitioner visited the house of neighbor of the informant in the same night.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no corroborative evidence in the entire case diary, save and except suspicion.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29200 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 65/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
