The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his name has been taken in the first information report merely on the basis of suspicion. It is further contended that it is apparent from the order of the Sessions Judge that during the course of investigation witnesses have only stated that petitioner and other co-accused persons were last seen with the deceased but that is not an evidence indicating petitioner's involvement in the case. Petitioner claims to be a clean antecedent.
