JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 04-01-2016 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner had applied for grant of arm licence before the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua (respondent no. 2) in the year 2013 itself but no decision has been taken as yet. Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua to take a final decision in the matter of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
