JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajit Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 05.03.2016 in Andar P.S. Case no.121/2014 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated. He submits that the deceased was the main accused in the F.I.R. which was lodged by the petitioner side.

Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the material available on record. In the F.I.R.
