JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 02-05-2019 The appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in Ward No. 07 under Village-Jugliraykura, Katoriya in the district of Banka was set aside by the District Programme Officer, Banka by order dated 11.01.2019 on the complaint made by private respondent No. 7/Taranum Khatun.

2. The petitioner, without approaching the District Magistrate, Banka in appeal, has preferred the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.7441 of 2019 dt.02-05-2019 2/2 petition.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner is directed to make an appeal before the District Magistrate, Banka (respondent No. 4) within a period of four weeks from today.

4. Should such a memo of appeal be filed within the aforesaid period, the District Magistrate, Banka shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
