The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 384/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the vague nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also because the petitioner is the Assistant Teacher in the school and not the Headmaster as alleged by the informant, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
