This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted that in the order dated 20.06.2019, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have been granted the privilege of bail and so far petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he has been directed to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail, however, there is no mentioning with regard to

It appears from perusal of diary of the court, I find mentioned that prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 4 has been rejected.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let second last paragraph of order dated 20.06.2019 be read as " So far petitioner nos. 1 and 4 are concerned, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail, however, they are directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail and the same shall be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court". Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
