The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366 (A) and 372 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that complaint case was filed by the complainant after about three and half years in which cognizance has been taken under Section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is further contended that co-accused, Azhar Ansari @ Sonu and Mazahar Alam @ Mazhar Ansari @ Bhona Mian have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 5.

Afjal Ansari, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No.60 of 2015.
